Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for buying our courses. We want to make sure that our users have a rewarding experience while they are discovering information, assessing, and purchasing our training courses, whether they may be online or offline classroom training courses.

As with any online purchase experience, below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course at Nextech Infosystems whether it is online from our website or classroom training (offline), you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of use policy and the points below.

We understand that, sometimes, plans change. We understand that you can change your mind. We know that some of our courses might not be 100% relevant to you, as per your current needs. That is why we give you the freedom to ask for a refund of fees paid at the time of registration of course, as full fees payment or installment of fees payment.

If you can no longer make it to a class (online or offline) or workshop, please email us in advance at support@nextechinfosystems.com. You have to raise a refund request prior to the course start date or before the first session.

Refunds will be made as per the policies mentioned below. We strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and as with everything we do at Nextech Infosystems, you get a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

POLICY A
Policy A applies to all Nextech Infosystems’s courses under the categories of Classroom Training (Offline Courses) or Online Courses with Live Sessions.

Cancellations prior to the course
In case you’re unable to attend the course and want a refund prior to the course commencement date (course start date), we will refund the full amount paid by you at the time of registration if any.
The refund request will not be accepted if you have attended the online or offline classroom training for more than 1 day’s session or have accessed/downloaded course material from the learning portal.

Withdrawals during the workshop
If you don’t see the tremendous value you expected in our product, and you wish to withdraw within the first two hours, we will proceed with a 100% refund – no questions asked.

However, once you have attended more than two hours of the workshop or online webinar, you will not be eligible for any refund.

Transfers to another batch
• You are free to change your batch at any point of time before the commencement of the course or workshop, at no extra charge.
• If for any reason you are unable to continue or complete the workshop, we would be happy to accommodate you in a different batch of the same course or workshop, at no additional cost.

POLICY B
Policy B applies to all Nextech Infosystems’’s Self-Paced Programs (E-Learning Programs) or Online Courses with Pre-Recorded Video Sessions.

Cancellations would be permitted as per –

If you wish to extend access to an e-learning program by a month, please write to us at support@nextechinfosystems.com and we will be happy to extend the program for a maximum period of one month if your request comes under our term and condition policy. For an extension beyond a month, you would need to pay 50% of the course price.

NOTE:
• All cancellation, rescheduling, and substitution requests must be notified to us by email at support@nextechinfosystems.com.
• You are not eligible for refunds if you have accessed and downloaded the course material.
• All refunds will be credited back to your account within 15-30 business days of the refund request.
• Refunds or credits for rescheduling the training cannot be issued for non-attendance.
• Nextech Infosystems may modify its refund policy at any time without notice, provided however that the refund policy in effect at the time of any transaction shall apply to such purchase despite any subsequent change in such policy.
• If you do not notify in writing about your cancellation or reschedule, or do not attend the training, you would not be offered a refund, nor the option to reschedule.

Cancellations or rescheduling by Nextech Infosystems
• Nextech Infosystems reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time, including but not limited to, insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, or if the trainer could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, a pandemic situation like COVID19, etc.).
• Nextech Infosystems is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class.
• You will not be charged for the training and will be offered full credit to a future workshop or a full refund as per your preference.
